FEES and Payment

I offer complimentary, 15-minute initial phone or Telehealth consultation to establish the right fit for your needs.

Individual therapy sessions are 45, 50, or 80 minutes / $200-$350

I do offer a sliding scale fee for those who qualify, and when avaialble.

Since I do not take insurance plans, I will provide a receipt at the end of each month for you to submit to your insurance company or Health Services Account (HSA) to see if the sessions may be covered.

I am licensed in both VA and NC. I am also PsyPact Certified APIT#9883 to provide Telehealth Nationwide. We can discuss if your state is eligible if you do not reside in VA or NC.

NO SURPRISES ACT & GOOD FAITH ESTIMATES

As of January 1, 2022, all healthcare providers are required to provide estimates for the costs of your care. The Good Faith Estimate shows the cost of items and services that are reasonably expected for your healthcare needs and treatment. This will be provided by this office upon scheduling and/or as requested. This Good Faith Estimate does not include unexpected costs that could arise during treatment.
